Hi, I’m Dr. Randi: Your Guide to Resilience

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and Connecticut. My ultimate goal is to support individuals who find themselves in the midst of a challenging period, helping them navigate through the storm and emerge stronger than ever, armed with a renewed sense of self.

What to Expect

  • Using the Contact page, fill out the form with your name, contact information, and a brief reason why you are seeking therapy.

  • Once you’ve filled out the contact form, Dr. Randi will schedule your 15-minute free phone consultation. The purpose of this call is to see if we will be a good fit to work together. I will ask you brief questions to get a sense of what you are looking for and give you a clearer picture of my therapy process. I will also be able to answer any questions about the process you may have.

  • After the phone consultation, we wilI schedule our first session and I will send you paperwork to fill out. The first session is called the intake session. Together, we will be engaging in discussion and creating an accurate and whole picture of who you are and what is bringing you to therapy. I like to think of this first session as the information-gathering session.

  • After the intake session, we will schedule our weekly therapy appointment. These are typically 45-minute virtual sessions. Together, we will work on your therapy goals and needs.
